1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the UB Tech Solution website or contracting our engineering, design, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Scope of Services

UB Tech Solution provides custom software engineering, web application development, mobile app development, system architecture, and workflow automation. All deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms are governed by project-specific Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of agreed milestone payments, all custom source code, documentation, UI/UX designs, and technical assets developed specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client, with full commercial rights and zero vendor lock-in.

4. Limitation of Liability

While UB Tech Solution adheres to rigorous testing, security best practices, and QA procedures, software services are provided on a professional best-effort basis as defined in each client agreement.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
